4th of July Cookie Cheesecake Pie

This no-bake dessert combines a sweet cookie crust with a creamy cheesecake filling, making it the perfect festive treat for the 4th of July celebrations.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Crushed Chips Ahoy cookies
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract (optional)
  • 1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup Cold whole milk
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
For the Decorations
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Mini patriotic M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
  • 1/4 cup Red, white, and blue jimmies sprinkles
  • 1 cup Extra whipped topping, for decorating
  • 1/2 cup Regular patriotic M&M’s and white star sprinkles, optional

Method
 

Build a Sturdy Cookie Crust
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, crushed Chips Ahoy cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate and freeze for 15-20 minutes to set.
Whip the Cream Cheese
  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract and beat until fluffy.
Whisk the Pudding Mixture
  1. In another bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix with cold whole milk and whisk until it starts to thicken.
Fold Everything Together
  1. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream cheese base.
  2. Fold in whipped topping, mini chocolate chips, mini patriotic M&M’s, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and jimmies.
Fill the Chilled Crust
  1. Pour the cheesecake filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Decorate and Serve
  1. Pipe extra whipped topping around the pie’s edge for decoration.
  2. Top with additional patriotic M&M’s and jimmies, then slice and serve.

Notes

Chill overnight if possible, and use a deep pie plate.
