  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil Measure precisely for best results.
  • 1/2 cup 4th of July sprinkles Can substitute with chocolate chips or dried fruit.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mixing the Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until thick, smooth, and glossy.
  2. Optional: Fold a handful of sprinkles into the dough for extra color.
Portioning the Dough
  1. Scoop about one and a half tablespoons of dough for each cookie and roll into balls.
Coating in Sprinkles
  1. Roll each dough ball in the bowl of 4th of July sprinkles, then place onto the prepared baking sheet spaced about two inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, watching for edges to be just golden.
Cooling and Serving
