  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds garlic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme Fresh thyme preferred for best flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon salt Optional.
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced mushrooms into a medium mixing bowl, ensuring they are spread out.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and soy sauce over the mushrooms.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced thyme, salt (if using), and black pepper over the mushrooms.
  4. Toss the mushrooms thoroughly to ensure even coating of oil and seasoning.
  5. Arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding any overlap.
Cooking
  1. Set the air fryer to 380°F and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, shake the basket to redistribute the mushrooms.
  3. Continue cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes until mushrooms are tender and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve warm immediately after cooking to retain best texture.

Notes

To achieve the best results: Avoid overcrowding the basket, shake halfway through, and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
