  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chopped pecans Watch closely while toasting to avoid burning.
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped Fresh rosemary is preferred for better flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the top rind off the brie wheel, leaving sides and bottom intact.
Cooking
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the chopped pecans for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in the rosemary, and mix in the honey. Set aside.
  3. Place the brie in the skillet, sliced side up, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until soft and bubbling.
  4. Carefully remove from the oven and top with the honey pecan mixture. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best experience. Baked brie doesn't store well once melted. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and reheat gently.
