Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups milk Use any milk, including non-dairy alternatives.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be adjusted based on sweetness preference.
  • 3 cups frozen peach slices Ensure peaches are fully frozen for best texture.

Method

Preparation
  1. Pour the milk into your blender first, followed by the honey. Blend on low to medium speed until the honey fully dissolves.
  2. Gradually add the frozen peach slices to the blender, blending after each addition to ensure even distribution.
  3. Blend until the mixture resembles soft-serve ice cream, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Freeze for about two hours until firm.
  6. If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  7. For a smoother texture, break the frozen mixture into chunks and re-blend.

Notes

Use fully frozen peaches for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
