Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the blueberries thoroughly and drain any excess liquid. Pour them into an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, melted butter, and cinnamon until just combined.
- Drop the crumble mixture in large chunks on top of the blueberries.
Baking
- Bake the crisp in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
Serving
- Let the crisp cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
- Spoon into individual dishes and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Freeze unbaked crisp for up to 2 months.
