Ingredients
  

Creamy Base
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened fully for smooth mixing.
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) Instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups Whipped topping, thawed
Fresh Fruit
  • 2 cups Sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks, well drained Drain thoroughly to avoid excess liquid.
  • 1 cup Sliced bananas Add right before serving to prevent browning.
  • 1 cup Seedless grapes (optional)
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Optional, to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for about two minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Sprinkle the instant cheesecake pudding mix over the cream cheese, then add the vanilla yogurt. Mix on low speed until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until no white streaks remain.
  4. Fold in the sliced strawberries and pineapple first, followed by the blueberries and grapes. Add the sliced bananas last to avoid breaking down.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup as needed, folding it through gently.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, chill the salad longer than an hour. This dessert is great for gatherings and can be made a day ahead. Handle bananas gently to prevent browning.
