Build the Pecan Crust

- Press the mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Whip Up the Cheesecake Layer
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
Make the Pudding Layer
- Whisk both boxes of instant cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spoon the pudding over the cheesecake layer and smooth the surface.
Add the Cherry Topping
- Spoon cherry pie filling over the pudding layer, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining chopped pecans and add dollops of remaining whipped topping.
Chill and Serve
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
