Ingredients

For the Choco Tacos
  • 4 pieces Waffle cones Flat-style for easier bending
  • 2 cups Ice cream Any flavor you love
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate syrup For drizzling
  • 1/2 cup Magic shell or melted chocolate coating For the signature coating
  • 1 cup Crushed peanuts or toppings of choice For rolling the sides
  • 2 tablespoons Mini chocolate chips Optional topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Warm waffle cones slightly if they feel too stiff to bend.
  2. Gently press each cone flat along one seam, folding it into a taco shape.
  3. Prop the shells upright in tall glasses or a muffin tin to maintain their shape.
Filling
  1. Scoop ice cream into each folded shell, packing it gently.
  2. Press the ice cream down to fill the shell evenly.
Coating
  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream, letting it drip into the shell.
  2. For a hardened shell, use magic shell coating and let it set for about a minute.
Toppings
  1. While the chocolate is still wet, roll the sides in crushed peanuts or desired toppings.
Freezing
  1. Place assembled choco tacos on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.

Notes

Serve immediately after freezing for best results. Store choco tacos individually wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to a week.
