Ingredients

Brownie Layer
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Egg-Free Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Heat-treated flour Microwave for 1 minute and let cool before using.
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or heavy cream For a smoother finish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan, or line each cup with mini paper liners.
  2. Whisk the melted butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until no dry streaks remain.
  3. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the brownie batter.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from the oven once the tops look set, and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Let the brownie bites cool completely in the pan.
Cookie Dough Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cooled heat-treated flour until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Assembly
  1. Scoop a portion of dough onto each cooled brownie bite, pressing gently to adhere.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the butter or heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until glossy.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each brownie bite.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.

Notes
