  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Add more for a creamier texture if desired.
  • ½ cup Celery, diced Adds crunch and freshness.
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion, thinly sliced For added flavor and texture.
  • 1 tablespoon Spicy brown mustard Provides tanginess to the salad.
  • ½ teaspoon Seasoned salt Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh or freeze-dried dill Essential for flavor.

Preparation
  1. Grab a medium mixing bowl and add the shredded chicken.
  2. Pour in the mayonnaise and spicy brown mustard. Stir gently until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Add diced celery and sliced green onion. Mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Sprinkle in seasoned salt, black pepper, and dill. Stir thoroughly and taste to adjust seasoning.
  5. If needed, add more salt or mustard, or another spoonful of mayonnaise for creaminess.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, or serve immediately.
  7. Spoon onto croissants, bread, or greens. Add lettuce, tomato, or cucumber if desired.

Notes

Chill for deeper flavor. Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Tweak with fruits or nuts for variation.
