Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 24 small pieces Feel free to leave the rind on for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade Adds brightness to the filling.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and orange marmalade until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, press seams together, and cut into 24 small squares.
  4. Press each dough square into the muffin pan cups, letting the edges rise slightly above the rim.
  5. Place one piece of brie cheese into each dough cup, top with a teaspoon of cranberry-orange mixture and sprinkle with pecans.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, watching closely until golden brown.
  2. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
Optional Variations
  1. For a fancier option, substitute mini fillo shells for the crescent dough and bake at 400°F.

Notes

Make the cranberry-orange filling ahead to save time. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
