Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and orange marmalade until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent dough, press seams together, and cut into 24 small squares.
- Press each dough square into the muffin pan cups, letting the edges rise slightly above the rim.
- Place one piece of brie cheese into each dough cup, top with a teaspoon of cranberry-orange mixture and sprinkle with pecans.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, watching closely until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
Optional Variations
- For a fancier option, substitute mini fillo shells for the crescent dough and bake at 400°F.
