Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 ounces
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces Cut into 24 small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce with orange marmalade and stir until blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, press seams together to form a sheet, and cut into 24 squares.
  4. Press one dough square into each muffin cup, allowing edges to rise slightly.
  5. Place one piece of brie in each cup, top with cranberry-orange mixture, and sprinkle with pecans and optional rosemary.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and brie is melted.
  2. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

Make the cranberry-orange filling ahead of time for easy prep. Cool bites slightly before eating to avoid molten cheese surprise.
