  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for better texture.
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese Use block feta for freshness.
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped Choose sweet cranberries without added syrup.
  • ½ cup fresh spinach, finely chopped Use fresh baby spinach.
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts For added crunch.
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped For a spicy kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the softened cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the feta cheese, chopped cranberries, spinach, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything until the filling becomes smooth and evenly combined.
  4. Spread about one cup of filling across each tortilla, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle additional feta or cranberries over the filling if desired, along with any optional ingredients.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a firm log, keeping gentle pressure while rolling.
  7. Wrap each roll tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  8. Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into one-inch rounds.
  9. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until guests arrive.

Notes

Serve with fresh vegetable trays or fruit platters for a delightful appetizer spread. Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
