  3. Add the softened butter and room temperature eggs to the dry ingredients and beat until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Fold the white chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.
  5. Using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, watching closely until the edges are set and the centers are soft.
  2. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheets for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
