Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 strips Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Reserve a handful for garnish.
Dressing Ingredients
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup Sour cream Can be substituted with Greek yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing and sour cream. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the dried cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes into the bowl with the dressing. Crumble half of the bacon over the mixture and gently fold to combine.
  4. Sprinkle most of the shredded cheddar cheese into the salad and fold gently to combine.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with remaining cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and fresh dill.

Notes

For variations, consider a vegetarian version by skipping bacon, using Greek yogurt for extra protein, or adding seasonal vegetables for crunch.
