  • 1 cup cream soda
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled Let the butter cool slightly to avoid melting the ice cream.
  • ΒΌ cup butterscotch sauce Plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping

Preparation
  1. Add vanilla ice cream, cream soda, melted butter, and butterscotch sauce to your blender in that order.
  2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to medium for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and thick.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more butterscotch sauce if desired.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into your chosen glasses, leaving space at the top.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional butterscotch sauce.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
