  • 1/3 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt Divided into portions.
  • 1 tablespoon water To adjust the blend consistency if needed.
White Layer
  • 1/3 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt Divided into portions.
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk Divided.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional for extra nutrition.
Red Layer
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries Hulled and chopped.
  • 1 medium ripe banana Mashed.
  • 3 tablespoons plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt Remaining from the divided portion.
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk Remaining from the divided portion.

Method

Build the Blue Layer
  1. Blend blueberries and 1/3 cup Greek yogurt on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Spoon the blueberry mixture into the paw mold, filling about one-third of each cavity.
  3. Freeze for 25 to 30 minutes until firm but not solid.
Create the White Layer
  1. Mix 1/3 cup Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup coconut milk in a bowl until creamy.
  2. Stir in chia seeds if using.
  3. Once the blue layer is firm, carefully spoon the white mixture on top until each cavity is filled two-thirds full.
  4. Freeze for another 20 to 25 minutes.
Make the Red Layer
  1. Blend strawberries, mashed banana, remaining Greek yogurt, and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Once the white layer is firm, spoon the red mixture on top to fill each cavity.
  3. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Unmold and Serve
  1. Let the mold rest at room temperature for 60 to 90 seconds before removing.
  2. Press from the bottom to release the pops. If stuck, run under cool water briefly.
  3. Serve immediately and watch your dog enjoy!

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for sweetness and greasing the mold with coconut oil aids in unmolding. Consider cutting pops for small dogs.
