Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat the skillet and olive oil on medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast in a single layer, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until golden, then stir and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet with the chicken.
  2. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Finishing Touches
  1. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant and tomatoes start to burst.
  2. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
