  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning For added flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cut each biscuit from your can into four pieces and spread them evenly across the bottom of your prepared casserole dish.
  3. Pour your pasta sauce evenly over the biscuit pieces and gently mix everything together.
  4. Place your frozen meatballs evenly across the top of the sauce-coated biscuits.
  5. Sprinkle your shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meatballs and add your Italian seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the sauce to settle.

Notes

For best results, let the casserole cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 months. Variations include Philly-style, spicy, pizza-inspired, or lighter versions using turkey meatballs.
