  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Semi-sweet chocolate chips Plus extra for topping

Preparation
  1. Whisk the wet ingredients together: granulated sugar, cocoa powder, water, oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until no streaks of dry flour remain.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed, reserving some for topping.
Cooking
  1. Microwave the batter on high power for about 45 seconds. Check the texture and add an additional 10 to 15 seconds if needed.
  2. Let the brownie rest for 1 minute to set the center.
  3. Top with extra chocolate chips or a scoop of ice cream if desired.
  4. Enjoy the brownie while warm.

Notes

Use a microwave-safe bowl and watch the cooking time closely. You can add nuts, mint extract, or create a peanut butter swirl for variations.
