Preparation
  1. Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese. Remove cream cheese from the fridge 30 minutes before starting.
  2. Step 2: Build the Cheesecake Base. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the Cool Whip. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. Step 4: Prep the Berries. Wash and dry berries thoroughly, then dice strawberries.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the Fruit and Marshmallows. Gently fold in mini marshmallows, blueberries, diced strawberries, and raspberries.
  6. Step 6: Chill Before Serving. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.
  7. Step 7: Garnish and Serve Cold. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish as desired, and serve chilled.

For best results, always soften cream cheese fully and pat berries dry to avoid excess moisture. Chill for longer for improved flavor.
