Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nutella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease 12 muffin cups or line them with paper liners.
Combine the Dry Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder until evenly combined.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
  1. In a measuring cup, add the vegetable oil and egg, and pour in enough milk to reach the 1-cup mark. Mix well until frothy.
Combine Wet and Dry
  1. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined, leaving small lumps.
Fill the Muffin Cups
  1. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Add and Swirl the Nutella
  1. Spoon about a tablespoon of Nutella on top of each filled cup and swirl gently with a toothpick to create ribbons.
Bake
  1. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool Before Serving
  1. Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Serve warm for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
