  • 2 cups powdered sugar Add gradually to avoid a mess.

Coating Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips Adds bursts of peanut butter flavor.
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips For rolling the ball.

Preparation
  1. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until fully smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract to your creamed base and mix until it’s fully incorporated.
  3. Add the powdered sugar in small batches, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Fold in the peanut butter chips using a spatula to keep them intact.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  6. Wrap the shaped ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  7. If needed, soften slightly at room temperature for easy rolling before moving onto the next step.
  8. Roll the ball in mini chocolate chips until evenly coated.
Serving
  1. Place the peanut butter cheese ball dip on a serving platter surrounded by dippers.
  2. Serve chilled from the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes

Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, cookies, sliced apples, or celery sticks. Store wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving for easier scooping.
