- Chop the pecans finely using a food processor or a sharp knife.

- Crush the graham crackers in a zip-lock bag or food processor until fine.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, and salt.
- Incorporate wet ingredients: pour in maple syrup and vanilla extract, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into approximately 24 equal-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
- Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
Notes
Consider doubling the recipe as these treats are very popular and disappear quickly. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
