Preparation
- Grab a large pitcher and rinse it with cold water. If possible, chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold lemonade. You can use store-bought lemonade or make your own.
- Add 1 cup of pineapple juice into the pitcher and stir gently.
- Slowly pour in 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream while gently stirring.
- Taste the mixture and add 1/4 cup of simple syrup or honey incrementally until you reach the desired sweetness.
- Fill 4 tall glasses generously with ice.
- Pour the prepared Pineapple Coconut Lemonade over the ice in each glass.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple, a lemon wedge, and a maraschino cherry, then sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
- Serve immediately while the drink is cold.
Notes
To make a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice rather than pouring it over. For a sparkling version, replace half the lemonade with sparkling water. Add coconut rum for an adult twist, or include fresh mint for a refreshing touch.
