  • 1 cup Candied pineapple, chopped Provides chewy texture and sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, halved For garnish and added flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Spritz lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Making the Fudge
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, dry cake mix, and white chocolate chips. Stir over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and glossy, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Remove from heat and gently fold in chopped candied pineapple until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out evenly.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries, pressing them gently into the surface.
  6. Cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or refrigerate until set. For best results, chill overnight.
Serving
  1. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into 16 squares.
  2. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Notes

Whisk continuously while melting to prevent scorching. Let the fudge set overnight for the best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
