Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 1 box Red velvet cake mix Boxed mix for consistent results.
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 large Eggs
For the Filling
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk Creates a rich filling.
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips Melted for filling.
For the Frosting and Garnish
  • 1 container Cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles For decoration.
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate curls Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the cake mix box instructions.
  2. Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake as directed on the box. Let the cake cool completely.
Make the Filling
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Mix the melted white chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
Assembly
  1. Once the cake is completely cooled, poke holes in the cake using a wooden spoon handle, spacing them about an inch apart.
  2. Pour the filling over the cake, pressing it into the holes gently with a spatula.
  3. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top of the chilled cake.
  5. Return the frosted cake to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with Christmas sprinkles and white chocolate curls.

Notes

Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Tastes even better the next day. Avoid freezing due to potential separation of frosting and filling.
