- Gently fold in chopped corned beef, well-squeezed sauerkraut, one cup of Swiss cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- For a deeper color, broil for about one minute at the end, keeping a close watch.
Serving
- Let the dip rest for five minutes before serving to thicken.
