  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky sea salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the pretzel sticks in a single, even layer across the lined sheet.
Toast
  1. Bake the pretzels for 5 to 7 minutes, watching closely, until fragrant.
Melt Caramel
  1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the caramel bits and heavy cream, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Combine
  1. Pour the caramel over the toasted pretzels, using a spatula to cover evenly.
  2. Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel-coated pretzels.
Finish
  1. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly across the chocolate layer.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until set.
Serve
  1. Break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

For best results, stir the caramel constantly to avoid scorching, and use high-quality chocolate for better flavor. The longer you chill, the firmer the pieces will be when broken.
