  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized rounds
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1-2 diced jalapeños or 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat Optional for heat

Preparation
  1. Slice the kielbasa into rounds roughly half an inch thick and transfer them into the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together honey BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, and pineapple preserves until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the sliced kielbasa and gently fold everything together until well coated.
  4. Fold in the cranberries and drained pineapple tidbits. If using, stir in jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring every hour to prevent sticking.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, set the slow cooker to warm and serve with toothpicks and small plates.
