Preparation
- Slice the kielbasa into rounds roughly half an inch thick and transfer them into the slow cooker.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together honey BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, and pineapple preserves until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the sliced kielbasa and gently fold everything together until well coated.
- Fold in the cranberries and drained pineapple tidbits. If using, stir in jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
Cooking
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring every hour to prevent sticking.
Serving
- Once cooked, set the slow cooker to warm and serve with toothpicks and small plates.
