Method
Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold in diced strawberries and strawberry jam until combined.
- Chill the filling in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Bread
- Remove crusts from bread slices.
- Flatten each slice using a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick.
Fill and Roll
- Place filling on the lower third of each flattened bread slice.
- Roll tightly, pressing the seam to seal.
- Keep rolls seam-side down on a plate.
Prepare the Egg Dip
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon.
Cook the Rolls
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Dip each roll into the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 7-8 minutes total.
Coat and Serve
- Immediately roll cooked rolls in a cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar, with syrup or whipped cream if desired.

Storage: Cooled rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, use an oven or air fryer at 350°F for 5-6 minutes for best results.
