  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn Tear instead of chop for better flavor release.

  1. Wash and slice the peaches: Rinse under cold water, dry gently, cut each peach in half around the pit, remove the pit, and slice each half into wedges.
  2. Rinse and prep the berries: Gently rinse the raspberries and blackberries, dry on a paper towel, and add them to the bowl with the peaches.
  3. Whisk together the honey-lemon dressing: In a small bowl, combine the honey and lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the fresh mint: Tear the mint leaves into small pieces and scatter over the fruit.
  5. Toss, dress, and chill: Pour the dressing over the salad, gently fold everything together, cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor. Handle berries gently to avoid bruising. Mint should be added close to serving time for freshness.
