Preparation
- Start by choosing a crisp, dry white wine that you enjoy. Pour the entire bottle into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Add the peach schnapps and sliced white peaches into the pitcher, allowing them to soak up the wine.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Taste the sangria and adjust sweetness by adding simple syrup if desired.
- Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, stir the sangria again, then fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over, including the fruit.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves or an extra slice of peach.
Notes
Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes to avoid watering down the flavor. Try to make the sangria ahead of time for a better taste. Any leftover can be stored for up to 3 days.
