Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Bombs
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers biscuits Contains 8 biscuits
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese About 1 inch each, cut from a block
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese Optional, for extra filling
For the Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced finely (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Optional, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into 8 equal cubes.
  3. Open and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.
Assembly
  1. Place a cheese cube in the center of each flattened biscuit and seal tightly by pinching the edges together.
  2. Roll each bomb gently to reinforce the seal and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Garlic Butter Glaze
  1. Melt the butter and mix in garlic, parsley, salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan if using.
  2. Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Brush with reserved garlic butter immediately after baking and let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cheese bombs can be customized with fillings like pepperoni, jalapenos, or spinach. Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
